Description

CHS-6601 Semi-Auto Carton Sealer is adjusted manually by crank handle for different sizes of cartons. Expansion brackets are optional.

  • Motor driven belt for carton sealers at both sides, suitable for narrow carton.

Description

CHS-6601A Automatic Carton Sealer works automatically to adjust the height and width of cartons according to different carton sizes.

CHS-6601A is designed accroding CE standard. 2" taping heads or 3" taping heads are according to customer requirement.
  • Automatically adjust the height and width of carton according to different cartons.
  • Motor driven belt for carton sealer at both sides, suitable for narrow cartons.
  • Side drive and upper taping head are controlled by air cylinder, and automatically fix the position of carton. Available for inline production.
  • Working table height of carton sealers can be adjusted with the front/rear conveyor height.

Description

CHS-6605S Semi-automatic Carton Folder/Sealer, folds the cartons front flap, rear flap and side flap then seals carton automatically. It is a side belt drive system. Height and width can be adjusted by crank handle.

CHS-6605S carton sealing machine is designed according to the CE standard. Available with 2" or 3" taping heads, to be specified by the customer.

  • Operator feeds the carton into the machine, and the machine folds and seals carton as it passes through the machine.
  • Two side belts drive the carton through the sealer.
  • The height and the width of the carton can be adjusted by crank handle.
    • Customized specifications are available.

Description

CHS-6702A is a Fully Auto Carton Edge Sealer. It is a top drive and bottom drive system. It can work with the CHS-6603A automatic carton sealer or the CHS-6603 semi-automatic carton sealer.

The top and bottom of the carton is sealed in the center, and then the carton will be pushed off at 90 degrees into the edge sealer where it completes the "H" seal top and bottom. This model is designed according to the CE standard. 2" taping heads or 3" taping heads are according to customers requirement.
  • The width and height for Carton Edge Sealer are all adjusted by the automatic pneumatic device.
  • After passing through the center machine, the carton enters in fully auto carton edge sealer. Cartons will be sealed on both top and bottom edges.
  • Carton Edge Sealer is suitable for inline production of random sizes of carton.
